How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are committed to delivering your custom piece 10 business days after you place your order. Each one of our pieces takes approximately 5 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship. Once shipped, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number, then will receive the piece in an additional 5 business days.

Is shipping included?

Yes, shipping is included with every order. We ship anywhere within the continental USA.

How do you handle damages?

We are committed to delivering an exceptional product. In the rare instance in which a print arrives with any flaws, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at support@printsbythewolf.com so we can rectify. Please ensure to include photos.

What is your return policy?

Each piece is custom printed, mounted and framed so we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
